Feature Release

In this update, we’re excited to introduce two major enhancements: a new Gmail Extension, streamlining your email management, and the integration of the Mobile App Backend into our Builder Portal, bringing added convenience to your workflow. Alongside these improvements, we’ve also addressed various bug fixes, ensuring a smoother experience for our users.

✨ New

New tweaks and enhancements in this release:

  • New Gmail Extension: Sync emails from contacts to the communications log. Learn more
  • Mobile App Backend: All back-end functionality for the mobile app has been added to the Builder Portal. Learn more
  • Milestone Events: Emails and SMS are now displayed in the communications log.
  • Call Redirection: SMS-triggered call redirection to your office phone (AU/US only). Learn more
  • Cost Center Update: Changing names updates CC descriptions in all schedule templates.
  • Application Event Log: Enhanced with more job navigation information.
  • Xero Error Messages: Improved error message context.
  • Help Docs: Additional links on various screens.
  • Duplicate Detection: Enhanced phone number duplicate detection algorithm.
  • Performance Boost: Leads and Leads Board load speeds are now twice as fast.

✅ Fixed

Bugs that were squashed in this release:

  • Fixed an issue with options in Job Construction Schedule Report.
  • Resolved the inability to select all house plans in Bulk Update.
  • Corrected the inaccuracies in lead numbers on the Monthly Sales Pipeline Dashboard.
  • The “Reassign salesperson for Job” dialog is now displayed correctly.
  • Deeplinks for ToDos are now generated and opened correctly.
  • Corrected the formatting of phone numbers entered with country codes for SMS.
  • Resolved the issue where the “Incorrect format. Please start with ‘+1’ (+61) and then numbers” message appeared.
  • Fixed the wrong referral source for Live Chat leads.
  • Resolved the inability to transfer users to new offices.
  • Made improvements for Safari users on the leads board.
  • Fixed an issue that removed stacktraces from bug reports.
