The created Sales Folder attributes to the Lead who the system considers to be the primary owner (Owner 1) of the Site where the construction will take place. The system loads the Lead’s name and contact email into the contact information of the Owner 1. In addition, you can specify up to two additional Owners of the site. You can further nominate these Owners (2 and 3) as signers of the electronic legal documents that will be required for signing. Additionally, you may need to enter the contact email address if you send the electronic document for signing.
- Initiate the RFQ Management for the Lead.
- On the General tab, specify the following information:
Owner 1/2/3 Specify the full names of all land owners. By default, the system uses the full name of the current Lead. You can enter up to two additional land owners. Documents Signer Check the box to add the signature block for the owner’s signature. Email for Owner 1/2/3 Specify the email address of all the legal land owners. - Specify information about what the Sale will be subject to, as follows:
Show on RFQ Check the box if you want to add an additional text paragraph into the Quote document. Description Use this field to detail anything the Sales is Subject to. - Review the default content used for the Quote and update it if needed, as follows:
Quote is Valid, days Update the number of days the quote is valid for. Paragraph 1 Use this field to add details that will appear above all of the Quote Items. Paragraph 2 Use this field to add details that will appear below all of the Quote Items - Add any additional Notes regarding this Sales Folder using the Memo field if needed.
- Click Process.
