✨ New

New tweaks and enhancements in this release:

  • Updated WIP to source the total amount for DPP jobs from the sum of all overpayments in Xero instead of the Est. Contract Value field in job details. Learn more
  • Improved the save process for GTO by keeping the page open when you process to save changes and adding a back button to make it more consistent with the rest of the system. You can now upload plans and save them without setting scales first and we also added an autosave function.
  • Added “Secondary Dwelling” option to the Customer Type list when creating a new lead so you can keep track of leads interested in building an ADU or granny flat.
  • Disabled automatic creation of calendar invitations for maintenance/warranty tasks and schedule updates to suppliers and subcontractors. Learn more
  • Added a new DPP filter to the list of preconstruction schedules.
  • ToDo message email reminders are now sent at 8:00 am instead of midnight.
  • Removed customer filters from the Clone Quote window that required you to select from Active, Completed, or Not Proceeding customers. Now you just search from a list of all customer contacts.
  • Created a Validate Office Folders procedure to restore deleted system folders such as letter templates and job docs for Franchisor and Master users.
  • Improved duplicate detection algorithm for web leads ignoring whitespace in phone numbers and introduced a short delay between lead creation to avoid duplication when multiple form submissions occur within a short period.
  • Updated the Manage Email/SMS templates screens to only see templates created in your office or parent offices.
  • Updated lead counts in EOM reports to be based on the earliest sales folder creation date for a lead.
  • Updated slab date logic so that a slab date will not be triggered if the Contract Amount is less than or equal to $25,000.
  • Added multi-unit functionality for sales/slabs to the Billing tab of the Contracts Manager for Franchisor and Master user as well as a new column displaying unit counts in the jobs list. Learn more
  • [US only] The $SiteAddress placeholders now render results as “Lot, Street, City, Zipcode” to ensure that US addresses are displayed in a manner that is more familiar and understandable to American customers.
