You can view the list of issues in Xero that occurred during the synchronization or during handling webhook events.
On the navigational sidebar, click Xero Issues Log. The Xero Issues Log page opens, as follows:
For each Xero issue log, the following information is displayed:
Date | Date when the issue in Xero occurred. |
Job Number | Number of the Job which the Xero issue relates to. |
Description | Description of the occurred Xero issue. |
To open the issue in Xero:
- Hover over the issue record until the action icons appear.
- Click the Open in Xero icon. You will transition to Xero to view details on the occurred issue for the specific Draw.
