Reassigning leads assigned to inactive salespeople to office

What’s changing

We’re reassigning all Active Sales Folders that are currently assigned to an Inactive Salesperson to the first franchisee for each office.

In this update:

• If a Lead has any Sales Folder with Status Active it will be reassigned the First Franchisee.
• Af all Sales Folders have status Will Not Complete or Completed, no change will occur.

Who’s impacted 

All offices in all regions.

Why it’s important 

We’re introducing functionality to prompt users to reassign leads to another user when a salesperson is made inactive. This change supports that function.

Getting started 

• Masters: There is no control for this feature. 
• Franchises: This feature will be ON by default and no action is required.
