Viewing Job Progress Report

  1. Open the Construction Schedules page.
  2. On the toolbar, locate the File button and click it.
  3. In the Job Progress filters form, define the filter criteria for the Job Progress report, as follows:
    Supervisor Select ‘All’ to generate the report on Jobs for all Supervisors. If needed, you can specify a specific supervisor.
    Include Completed Jobs Check the box to include completed jobs into the report. By default, they are excluded.
    Include Finalized Jobs Check the box to include finalized jobs into the report. By default, they are excluded.
    Show Critical Path Cost Centers Check the box to include Cost Centers from the Critical Path into the report.
  4. To preview the report, click Preview. The Link to Report form opens. Click the link to transition to the report in Jasper Reports system. When complete, close the form.
  5. To send the report to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers, check the corresponding box. Once you check this box, the Deliver button becomes active.
  6. Click Deliver.
