The Job allows you to collect all the essential information, including the following:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">general information about the customer<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">information about key dates<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">insurance details<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RFQ information<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">claims<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">change orders for the Job<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">communication letters and documents<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">produced electronic documents for signing<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">warranty tasks<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">documents shared with the customer<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viewing the Jobs List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To manage Jobs, on the navigational sidebar, select <\/span><b>Jobs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the Job Admin section expands, select <\/span><b>Jobs List<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Jobs page opens, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1685\" height=\"820\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/job-list-page.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1118\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/job-list-page.png 1685w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/job-list-page-300x146.png 300w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/job-list-page-1024x498.png 1024w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/job-list-page-768x374.png 768w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/job-list-page-1536x747.png 1536w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/job-list-page-1200x584.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1685px) 100vw, 1685px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here you can see the list of Jobs. For each Job, the following information is displayed:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Number<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Number of the Job.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Customer<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer who the Job is created for.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Site Address<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Address of the Site where the Job is executed.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Contract Type<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Type of contract with the Customer.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><b>Status<\/b><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Status of the Job. The status can take one of the following values:<\/span>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Active<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not Proceeding<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalised<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DPP<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can perform the following operation on Jobs:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">create Quick Jobs<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">create and manage the Job Specifications<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">create and manage Job Orders<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">create and manage Job Change Orders<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">create and manage Job Color Selections<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">manage Job Estimate<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">manage Job Financials<\/span><\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Job is a set of information about a House project that will be constructed for the customer after signing the contract.
