The Contact Referrals report shows a summary or detail information about customers and their referrals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Contact Referrals<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:
    \n\n\n\n\n
    Report<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the report type you want to generate:\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Summary<\/li>\n
    • Detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    For period from \u2026 to<\/strong><\/td>\nDefine the time period which you want to generate the report for.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

  4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report depending on the selected type, as follows:\"\"<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Contact Referrals (Summary) report shows the table with aggregated information about contact referrals, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Referred by Ident<\/strong><\/td>The referral source that brought the contact.<\/td><\/tr>
    Count<\/strong><\/td>Number of contacts per each referral source.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    The Report Total row shows the total number of new contacts over the selected time period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Contact Referrals (Detailed) report shows the table with detailed information about contact referrals, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Referred by Ident<\/strong><\/td>The referral source that brought the contact.<\/td><\/tr>
    Date<\/strong><\/td>Date when the contact was created.<\/td><\/tr>
    Details<\/strong><\/td>Memo about the contact.<\/td><\/tr>
