The Items and Components report shows the list of Items and Components that esxist in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Items and Components<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:
    \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    Type<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the report type to generate, as follows:\n

     <\/p>\n

    \u25cf        All<\/strong> \u2013 all Items and Components will be included into the report.<\/p>\n

    \u25cf        Selected<\/strong> \u2013 a set of Items and Components will be included into the report.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    Print What<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect what you want to include in the report, as follows:\n

     <\/p>\n

    \u25cf        All Items and Components<\/p>\n

    \u25cf        Items<\/p>\n

    \u25cf        Components<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    From \u2026 To<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the set of Items and Components to included into the generated report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Deleted<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to include deleted Items and Components into the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Formula<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to include the formula into the Item or Component description in the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Component Items<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to include Items into the description of the Component in the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Picture<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show the image below the Item or Component description in the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Costs<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show Cost per each Unit of Measure of the Item or Component.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show Memo<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to include the memo into the Item or Component description in the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

  4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:\"\"<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The report shows the following information about Cost Centers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Item Code<\/strong><\/td>Code of the Item or Component.<\/td><\/tr>
    Description<\/strong><\/td>Description of the Item or Component which may include the following:\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Item or Component name<\/li>\n
    • Memo<\/li>\n
    • Picture<\/li>\n
    • Formula<\/li>\n
    • List of Items (applicable for Components only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The Headings for Items and Components are highlighted grey.<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr>

    Type<\/strong><\/td>Type of a record, as follows:\n

     <\/p>\n

    • C \u2013 Component<\/li>\n
    • I – Item<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr>
    Cost<\/strong><\/td>Cost of Item or Component per one Unit of Measure.<\/td><\/tr>
    Deleted<\/strong><\/td>Label that the Item or Component is deleted, as follows:
    N \u2013 Item or Component is active (not deleted).Y \u2013 Item or Component is deleted.<\/td><\/tr>
    Quantity<\/strong><\/td>Qunatity of Items within one Component.<\/td><\/tr>
    Last Updated<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Item or Components was updated last time.<\/td><\/tr>
