The Price List Profit report shows the profit for each House Plan based on prices from a specific Price Book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Price Lift Profit<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:
    \n\n\n\n\n\n
    Price Book<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the Price Book for generating the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Exclude Withdrawn Price Books<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to exclude the withdrawn Price Books.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Exclude Quick Quotes<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to exclude Price Books that can be used for producing Quick Quotes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

  4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The report shows the following information about profit of House Plans:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    House<\/strong><\/td>Code and name of the House Plan.<\/td><\/tr>
    Cost<\/strong><\/td>Net cost of the House Plan.<\/td><\/tr>
    Selling Price<\/strong><\/td>Selling price of the House with the included profit. It is calculated based on prices of Items and Components from the Price Book.<\/td><\/tr>
    Gross Profit % <\/strong><\/td>Calculated gross profit of the House. It is calculated according to the following formula:\n

    Calculated Price (excluding GST tax) with the subtracted House Plan Cost multiplied by 100 and then divided by the Calculated Price (excluding GST tax).<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr>

    Cost\/ft2<\/strong><\/td>Net cost per one square feet of the House.<\/td><\/tr>
