The Job Bill of Materials – Presentation report allows you to generate the Bill of Material for multiple Jobs <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Select <\/span>Job Bill of Materials – Presentation<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/span>
    \n\n\n\n\n
    Job<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the Jobs which you want to generate the report for.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Style<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect the style for generating the report, as follows:\n

     <\/p>\n

    • Summary<\/strong> \u2013 summary report listing all Cost Centers used in the Job.<\/li>\n
    • Detail<\/strong> \u2013 detailed report listing all Cost Centers with Items and Components per each Cost Center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>
    • For each report, additional criteria for report generation may be applied, as follows:
      \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
      SUMMARY<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Show Zero Cost Centers<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to include the non-used Cost Centers into the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Show Floor Area<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show the floor area of the House.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Show Contract Amount<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show the contract amount.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Show<\/strong><\/td>\nYou can alter display of Cost Center % and Cost per ft2 or Supplier. Check the appropriate option.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Show Date Time<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show the date and time on the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      DETAIL<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Show Date Time<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show the date and time on the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      All Cost Centers<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to include all Cost Centers into the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      New Page for each Cost Center<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show each Cost Center on a new page.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Show Item Code<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show the Item code in the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Show Money Amount<\/strong><\/td>\nCheck the box to show the money amount per Unit of Measure.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    • When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      For the Summary style, the report will look as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The report shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Cost Center<\/strong><\/td>Number and name of the Cost Center.<\/td><\/tr>
      Cost<\/strong><\/td>Cost of the Cost Center in dollars. The zero cost Cost Centers can be excluded if the corresponding option was selected.<\/td><\/tr>
      Cost Percent<\/strong><\/td>Calculated percent of the Cost Center cost against the total cost of the Job Estimate.<\/td><\/tr>
      Cost per ft2<\/strong><\/td>Calculated cost per square feet\/meter of the House.<\/td><\/tr>
      Supplier<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Supplier.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      For the Detail style, the report will look as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The report shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Item<\/strong><\/td>Description of the Item or Component which may include the following:\n

      • Item or Component Code<\/li>\n
      • Item or Component Name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr>
      Quantity<\/strong><\/td>Quantity of Items or Components in the Job Estimate.<\/td><\/tr>
      Rate UoM<\/strong><\/td>Cost of the Item or Component per Unit of Measure.<\/td><\/tr>
      Extension<\/strong><\/td>Calculated extension of the Item or Component (Quantity multiplied by Unit of Measure). Additionally, total extension for the entire Cost Center is calculated.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
