The Job Details report shows detailed information about the Job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Job Details<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Job<\/strong><\/td> Select the Job which the report is generated for.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

    Site<\/strong><\/td>Site (including its address) which the Job attributes to.<\/td><\/tr>

    HOUSE PLAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr>

    House Plan<\/strong><\/td>Description specified in the Job Estimate.<\/td><\/tr>
    Type<\/strong><\/td>Contract type used for the Job, as follows:

    • Display\/Show Home<\/li>\n
    • Franchisee’s Own Home<\/li>\n

    Council<\/strong><\/td>County that approves the building permit.<\/td><\/tr>
    Finance Company<\/strong><\/td>Finance Company which the Job attributes to.<\/td><\/tr>
    Salesperson<\/strong><\/td>Salesperson who created the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Color Consultant<\/strong><\/td>Color consultant who prepared the Job Color Selection for the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Estimator<\/strong><\/td>Estimator who prepared the Job Estimates.<\/td><\/tr>
    Supervisor<\/strong><\/td>Supervisor who was assigned to track the progress on the Job.<\/td><\/tr>

    Deposit Date<\/strong><\/td>Date when the deposit was added.<\/td><\/tr>
    Authority to Commence<\/strong><\/td>Date when the authority to commence was received.<\/td><\/tr>
    Colour Selection<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Color Selection was produced.<\/td><\/tr>
    Finance Approved<\/strong><\/td>Date when the finance for the Job was approved.<\/td><\/tr>
    Contract<\/strong><\/td>Date when the contract was signed off.<\/td><\/tr>
    Sale<\/strong><\/td>Date when the sale was completed.<\/td><\/tr>
    County Approved<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Job was approved by the county.<\/td><\/tr>
    Schedule Start<\/strong><\/td>Start date of the Construction schedule.<\/td><\/tr>
    Schedule Slab<\/strong><\/td>Slab date.<\/td><\/tr>
    Schedule Complete<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Job was completed.<\/td><\/tr>
    Contractual Const Time<\/strong><\/td>Contractual construction time allocated for the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Time Ext – Letters<\/strong><\/td>Extended time for letters.<\/td><\/tr>
    Time Ext \u2013 Change Orders<\/strong><\/td>Extended time for Change Orders.<\/td><\/tr>
    Contractual Completion<\/strong><\/td>Contractual completion date of the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Completed<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Job was completed.<\/td><\/tr>
    Finalised<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Job was finalized.<\/td><\/tr>
    Not Proceeding<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Job was set to the Not Proceeding state.<\/td><\/tr>

    Contract Amount<\/strong><\/td>Contract amount of the Job in dollars. This is a sum of the total Job amount and approved Change Orders.<\/td><\/tr>
    Variations<\/strong><\/td>Amount of approved Change Order in dollars.<\/td><\/tr>
    Total<\/strong><\/td>Total sum of the Job including the Job Estimate and Estimated Gross Profit.<\/td><\/tr>
    Estimate<\/strong><\/td>Job Estimate in dollars.<\/td><\/tr>
    Estimated Gross Profit<\/strong><\/td>Estimate gross profit of the Job in dollars.<\/td><\/tr>
    Ordered<\/strong><\/td>Sum of Job Orders in dollars.<\/td><\/tr>
    Invoiced<\/strong><\/td>Account balance of the Customer who ordered the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Claimed<\/strong><\/td>Drawn amount of money in dollars.<\/td><\/tr>
