The Change Order Quotations report lists the Change Order Quotations for Jobs in the Quotation stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Variation Quotations<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    • Sort By<\/strong><\/td> Select the sorting order: <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>
      • Date Created<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Job Number <\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

        4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The report shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Report Information<\/span><\/div>
        Job<\/strong><\/td>Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix.<\/td><\/tr>
        Client<\/strong><\/td>Client name and address.<\/td><\/tr>
        Contact<\/strong><\/td>Contact phone number of the customer.<\/td><\/tr>
        Site Address<\/strong><\/td>Address of the Site which the Job Change Orders attribute to.<\/td><\/tr>
        Variation<\/strong><\/td>Change Order number and description.<\/td><\/tr>
        Created<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Change Order was created.<\/td><\/tr>
        Time Ext<\/strong><\/td>Extended time for the Change Order.<\/td><\/tr>
        Gross Amount<\/strong><\/td>Gross amount of the Change Order in dollars.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
