The Warranty Tasks for Supplier report lists Job warranty tasks for all or for a specific Supplier. The report can be outputted in the report format for Office use or in the letter format which can be sent to the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Warranty Tasks for Suppliers<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    • Supplier<\/strong><\/td> Select \u2018All\u2019 to generate the report on warranty tasks for all Suppliers. Select \u2018Selected\u2019 and specify the Supplier whose warranty tasks you want to see in the generated report.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Tasks<\/strong><\/td> Select the appropriate option to include warranty tasks into the report:

       <\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

      • All<\/strong> \u2013 includes all warranty tasks for the Supplier.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • All outstanding<\/strong> \u2013 includes all outstanding warranty tasks for the Supplier.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Outstanding for more than<\/strong> \u2013 includes all warranty tasks that outstand for more than the specified time period. <\/td> <\/tr>
        Style<\/strong><\/td> Select the report style:

         <\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li><\/ul>

        • Report format<\/strong> \u2013 the report will be generated in the generic report format for the Office use.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
        • Letter format<\/strong> \u2013 the report will be generated in the letter format for sending to the Customer. <\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

          4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report. The report format looks as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The report shows the following information about warranty tasks per Supplier:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Report Information<\/span><\/div>
          Supplier<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Supplier.<\/td><\/tr>
          Job<\/strong><\/td>Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix.<\/td><\/tr>
          Client<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Client who the Job attributes to and address.<\/td><\/tr>
          Site<\/strong><\/td>Address of the Site which the Job attributes to.<\/td><\/tr>
          Contact<\/strong><\/td>Contact phone number of the Client.<\/td><\/tr>
          Entered<\/strong><\/td>Date when the warranty task was created.<\/td><\/tr>
          Task<\/strong><\/td>Number of the warranty task.<\/td><\/tr>
          To be Completed By<\/strong><\/td>Date which the warranty task should be completed by.<\/td><\/tr>
          Description<\/strong><\/td>Description of the warranty task.<\/td><\/tr>
          Completed<\/strong><\/td>Date which the warranty task was completed.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

          The report shows the aggregated view of warranty tasks per Supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The letter format looks as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
