The Warranty Tasks Summary report lists the outstanding warranty tasks and shows the summary view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Job Admin<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Maintenance Tasks Summary<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    • For<\/strong><\/td> Select the appropriate data layer for generating the Warranty Tasks Summary, as follows: <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>
      • Suppliers \/ Contractors<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Jobs \/ Clients <\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

        4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The report on warranty tasks broken down by Suppliers \/ Contracts looks as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n

        The report shows the aggregated view of outstanding warranty tasks per pre-defined period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Report Information<\/span><\/div>
        Contractor<\/strong><\/td>Contractor who the warranty tasks are assigned to.<\/td><\/tr>
        Outstanding<\/strong><\/td>Number of outstanding warranty tasks per Contractor.<\/td><\/tr>
        < 7 days \/ 7 \u2013 14  days \/ 15 \u2013 21 days \/ > 21 days<\/strong><\/td>Number of warranty tasks per each outstanding period of time.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        The Totals row shows the total value per each period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The report on warranty tasks broken down by Jobs \/ Clients looks as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n

        Client<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Client who the Job attributes to.<\/td><\/tr>
        < 7 days \/ 7 \u2013 14  days \/ 15 \u2013 21 days \/ > 21 days<\/strong><\/td>Number of warranty tasks per each outstanding period of time.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
