The Progress Draw Statement report shows the progress of making Draws for a specific Job. This report is created automatically by the system<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Progress Claim Statement<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>

    Job<\/strong><\/td> Select the Job for generating the report.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Show reversed entries<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to show reversed entries in the report.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

    4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The report shows the following information Draws for a specific Job:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Report Information<\/span><\/div>
    Site<\/strong><\/td>Site which the Draws were made.<\/td><\/tr>
    Job<\/strong><\/td>Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix.<\/td><\/tr>
    Contract Price<\/strong><\/td>Contract price of the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Authorized Change Orders<\/strong><\/td>Amount of Change Orders authorized for the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Total Amount for Draw<\/strong><\/td>Total amount for Draw which is calculated as sum of a contract price and authorized changes.<\/td><\/tr>
    Draw Stage<\/strong><\/td>Draw stage from the Draw Rule.<\/td><\/tr>
    Claimed<\/strong><\/td>Amount of money that was drawn during a stage.<\/td><\/tr>
    Paid by<\/strong><\/td>Amount of money that was paid by the Customer.<\/td><\/tr>
    Balance<\/strong><\/td>Balance of the payment. It is a calculated value (remainder after subtraction of paid amount from draw amount).<\/td><\/tr>
    Balance now Due<\/strong><\/td>Actual balance of the Customer. Amount to be paid. It is calculated as a single value for Stages Invoiced and Change Order Invoiced.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    The reporting table may fall into two parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Stages Invoiced<\/strong> \u2013 shows the list of Draw Stages.<\/li>
