The Job List report lists the basic details for all Jobs or for a specified range of Jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Job List<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    <\/span><\/div>
    • Which Jobs<\/strong><\/td> Select the option to generate the report on all Jobs or on a specified range of Jobs.

       <\/p>

      If you select the Selected option, select the range of Jobs in the From and To fields.<\/p> <\/td> <\/tr>

      Exclude Finalized Jobs<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to exclude the finalized jobs from display in the report.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Show House Plan<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to show the House Plan code in the report.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Show Contract Price<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to show the contract price for the Job.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Show Dates<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to show any of the following dates in the generated report:

      • Sale date<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Deposit and Contract Date <\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

        4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The report shows the following information about each Job:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Report Information<\/span><\/div>
        Job<\/strong><\/td>Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix.<\/td><\/tr>
        Client<\/strong><\/td>Client who the Job attributes to.<\/td><\/tr>
        Site<\/strong><\/td>Site where the Job will be performed.<\/td><\/tr>
        House<\/strong><\/td>House Plan which the Job uses.<\/td><\/tr>
        Contract Amount<\/strong><\/td>Contract Amount of the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
        Sale<\/strong><\/td>Sale date of the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
        Deposit<\/strong><\/td>Date when the deposit was made.<\/td><\/tr>
        Contract<\/strong><\/td>Date when the contract was signed.<\/td><\/tr>
        Not Proceeding<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Job was set into the Not Proceeding state.<\/td><\/tr>
        Completed<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Job was completed.<\/td><\/tr>
        Finalised<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Job was finalized.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
