The Job Lender’s Schedule report shows the Lender\u2019s Schedule with information each Cost Center for the Job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Job Lender\u2019s Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>

    <\/p>
    Job Number<\/strong><\/td> Select the Job which the report will be generated for.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Show Supplier<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to show the supplier in the report.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Show Supplier Phone and Email<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to show the phone and email of the Supplier.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

    4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The report shows the following information about the Lender\u2019s Schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Report Information<\/span><\/div>
    Order<\/strong><\/td>Order number.<\/td><\/tr>
    Description \/ Supplier<\/strong><\/td>Description of the Cost Center and name of the Supplier.<\/td><\/tr>
    Cost<\/strong><\/td>Cost of the Cost Center within the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Cost, %<\/strong><\/td>Ratio of the Cost Center against the Job Cost.<\/td><\/tr>
    Contract, %<\/strong><\/td>Ratio of the Cost Center against the Contract Amount.<\/td><\/tr>
    Total Drawn<\/strong><\/td>Amount drawn for the Cost Center.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    The total value is shown below each column. Additionally, the report shows the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Total Cost<\/li>
    • Contract Amount<\/li>
    • To Be Drawn<\/li>
