The Job Cost Summary report shows the variance between the budget and actual expenses per each Cost Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Job Cost Summary<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    • Job<\/strong><\/td> Select the Job for report generation.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Print what<\/strong><\/td> Select the option which defines what Cost Centers to include into the report:

       <\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

      • All<\/strong> \u2013 includes all Cost Centers.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Invoice > Budget<\/strong> \u2013 includes only Cost Centers which Invoice amount exceeds the budget.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • NonZero<\/strong> \u2013 includes only Cost Centers which cost is greater than zero. <\/td> <\/tr>
        Show Original Budget<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to show the original budget for the Cost Center.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

        4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The report shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Report Information<\/span><\/div>
        Cost Center<\/strong><\/td>Number and description of the Cost Center.<\/td><\/tr>
        Original Budget<\/strong><\/td>Original budget of the Cost Center.<\/td><\/tr>
        Current Budget<\/strong><\/td>Current budget of the Cost Center.<\/td><\/tr>
        Actual<\/strong><\/td>Actual expenses on the Cost Center.<\/td><\/tr>
        Current Variance<\/strong><\/td>Current variance between the current budget of the Cost Center and actual expenses.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
