This report allows you to analyze efficiency of communication with the Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-7e9ddd87-3977-4886-a7f7-c747e6716e4e\"><li>Open the library with reports.<\/li><li>Select <strong>Client Meetings<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-toggle wp-block-hb-toggle\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__title\"><span>Criteria<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-toggle__contentwrap\"><p> <\/p><table width=\"623\"> <tbody> <tr> <td width=\"217\"><strong>Client<\/strong><\/td> <td width=\"406\">Select the Client who the report on meetings should be generated for. When complete, click <strong>Apply<\/strong>. It includes the following:<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of the Sales Folder<\/li>\n<li>Name of the Customer<\/li>\n<li>Lead Classification<\/li>\n<li>Phone<\/li>\n<li>Email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Salesperson<\/strong><\/td><td>Salesperson who communicated with the Customer.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>First Meeting<\/strong><\/td><td>Date when the first meeting with the Customer was held.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Last Meeting<\/strong><\/td><td>Date when the last meeting with the Customer was held.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Number<\/strong><\/td><td>Number of meetings with the Customer.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Next Meeting<\/strong><\/td><td>Date of the next meeting with the Customer.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Follow up<\/strong><\/td><td>Date of the planned follow-up for the Customer.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Description \/ Memo<\/strong><\/td><td>Description \/ memo about the current Sales Folder.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The total values are calculated for each column.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Client Meetings report shows the list of meetings with all or with the selected Client.
