The Sales Quotations (RFQ) Enquiry report shows the list of RFQ quotations that were produced in the system for each Sales Folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Sales Quotations (RFQ) Enquiry<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    • Salesperson<\/strong><\/td> Select the Salesperson who produced the RFQ Quotations.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Created between \u2026 and \u2026<\/strong><\/td> Select the date period for including RFQ Quotations into the report.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Dates descending order<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to sort RFQ Quotations in the descending chronological order.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Exclude Jobs, show last quote value<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to exclude Job quotations and show only the last quote value.<\/td> <\/tr>
      Report Order<\/strong><\/td> Select the appropriate sorting order for quotations included into the report, as follows:

      • Salesperson \/ Client \/ Date<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Salesperson \/ Date \/ Client<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Client \/ Date<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Date \/ Client <\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

        4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The report shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Report Information<\/span><\/div>
        Salesperson<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Salesperson who created the RFQ quotation.<\/td><\/tr>
        Client<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Client who the RFQ quotation was created for.<\/td><\/tr>
        Folder Description<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Sales Folder which the RFQ quotation was created in.<\/td><\/tr>
        Date Created<\/strong><\/td>Date when the RFQ quotation was created.<\/td><\/tr>
        RFQ Quote No<\/strong><\/td>Number of the created RFQ quotation.<\/td><\/tr>
        Price<\/strong><\/td>Price in the RFQ quotation.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
