The Client Merge Export report generates an exportable list of Clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Client Merge Export<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>

    <\/p>
    Salesperson<\/strong><\/td> Select the Salesperson who owns the Client contact.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Priority<\/strong><\/td> Select the Client priority from available options.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Marketing opt in only<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to include only Clients with the marketing opt in.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Clients<\/strong><\/td> Select the clients you want to include into the report.

    <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    To select all Clients, click Select All<\/strong>.
    To clear selection, click Deselect All<\/strong>.
    To invert the selection of Clients, click Invert<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The system generates the report, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The report shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Report Information<\/span><\/div>
    Client<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Client.<\/td><\/tr>
    Salesperson<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Salesperson who the Client relates to.<\/td><\/tr>
    Followup<\/strong><\/td>Date of the next followup.<\/td><\/tr>
    Date Created<\/strong><\/td>Date when the Contact was created.<\/td><\/tr>
    Contact Person<\/strong><\/td>Contact person of the Client.<\/td><\/tr>
    Phone<\/strong><\/td>Contact phone of the Client.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
