The Franchise Monthly report shows performance information (KPI\u2019s) about the Franchisee Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Franchise Monthly Report.<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:
    For the Month of<\/strong><\/td> Select the month as of which the report will be generated. The system will generate the report starting from the beginning of the year and up to the selected month.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

    3. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The report is generated, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Receivables (Draws)<\/strong><\/td>Draw amounts broken down by time period.<\/td><\/tr>
    Supervisor<\/strong><\/td>Number of Jobs per each Supervisor.<\/td><\/tr>
    Construction Times<\/strong><\/td>Number of Jobs broken down by construction periods.<\/td><\/tr>
    Total Average Duration<\/strong><\/td>Average duration of the Job construction (calculated on the basis of Jobs that fall within the reporting period).<\/td><\/tr>
    Estimator<\/strong><\/td>Identifier of the Job Estimator:\n

    Average YTD variance (7 Jobs)<\/strong><\/td>Average Job variance (in days) from the start of the financial year and up to the selected month.<\/td><\/tr>

    LESS Overheads for Month<\/strong><\/td>LESS Overheads for the selected month (including the ratio of LESS Overheads to the Finalized Job Turnover).<\/td><\/tr>
    Profit (Loss) for Month<\/strong><\/td>Profit (Loss) for the selected month. It is calculated as subtraction of LESS Overheads from Finalized Job Gross Profit for the current month (including the ratio).<\/td><\/tr>
    Average Gross Profit per Job<\/strong><\/td>Average Gross Profit per each finalized Job.<\/td><\/tr>
