- Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Criteria<\/span><\/div>Jobs Type<\/strong><\/td> Select the Job type which you want to generate the report on, as follows: <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table> Finalized Jobs<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li> Not Finalized Jobs <\/td> <\/tr> With finalized date from \u2026 to \u2026<\/strong><\/td> Select the date range for including the Finalized Jobs with the Finalize Date within this range. This criterion is not available if you generate the report on non-finalized Jobs.<\/td> <\/tr> Include Not Proceeding Jobs<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to include Jobs in the Not Proceeding state into the report.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table> ![\"\"](\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/job-profit-options.png\")

Report Information – Finalized Jobs<\/span><\/div>Job<\/strong><\/td> Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix.<\/td><\/tr> Site<\/strong><\/td> Site where the Job is performed.<\/td><\/tr> Contract Amount<\/strong><\/td> Contract amount of the Job.<\/td><\/tr> Budget<\/strong><\/td> Estimated cost of the Job.<\/td><\/tr> Forecast Profit<\/strong><\/td> Forecast profit of the Job. It is calculated as subtraction of the Job budget from the contract amount. <\/p>\n
The forecast profit is placed into square brackets when the budget is less than the contract amount.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>
%<\/strong><\/td> Forecast Profit percentage. It is calculated as the ratio of the forecast profit to contract amount. The value can be negative.<\/td><\/tr> Draws Received<\/strong><\/td> Draw amounts received for the Job.<\/td><\/tr> Invoices Paid<\/strong><\/td> Invoice amounts that were paid for the Job.<\/td><\/tr> Gross Profit<\/strong><\/td> Gross profit of the Job. It is calculated as subtraction of the Invoice Paid amount from the Draw Received amount.<\/td><\/tr> %<\/strong><\/td> Gross profit percentage for the Job.
