The Supervisors Weekly Progress report provides the visual progress of each Job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Supervisors Weekly Progress<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    Supervisor<\/strong><\/td> Select \u2018All\u2019 to generate the report on all Supervisors or \u2018Selected\u2019 to generate the report on a specific Supervisor.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Select Supervisor<\/strong><\/td> Select the Supervisor from the list of available variants.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

    3. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The report is generated, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The report shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Report Information<\/span><\/div>
    Supervisor<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Supervisor.<\/td><\/tr>
    Job \/ Start<\/strong><\/td>Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix. Start date of the Job including the week number.<\/td><\/tr>
    Client \/ Site<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Client and Site address where the construction is performed.<\/td><\/tr>
    Critical Path Stages<\/strong><\/td>The timeline with Critical Path stages.\n

    For each stage you can see the actual progress on it:<\/p>\n

    \"\" – stage is scheduled.<\/p>\n

    \"\" – stage is completed.<\/p>\n

    At the end of each stage, you may see the square which indicates the draw status, as follows:<\/p>\n

    \"\" – Draw due not made.<\/p>\n

    \"\" – Draw made not paid.<\/p>\n
