The Job Progress report provides the summary on progress on Jobs that are tracked by a specific Supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Job Progress<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    Supervisor<\/strong><\/td> Select \u2018All\u2019 to generate the report on all Supervisors or \u2018Selected\u2019 to generate the report on a specific Supervisor.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Include Completed Jobs<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to include completed Jobs into the generated report.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Include Finalized Jobs<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to include finalized Jobs into the generated report.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Show Critical Path Cost Centers<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to show Cost Centers that relate to the Critical Path.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

    4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The report is generated, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The report shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Report Information<\/span><\/div>
    Supervisor<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Supervisor.<\/td><\/tr>
    Job<\/strong><\/td>Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix.<\/td><\/tr>
    Client<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Client who the Job attributes to.<\/td><\/tr>
    Site<\/strong><\/td>Site where the Job is performed.<\/td><\/tr>
    Plan<\/strong><\/td>House Plan used for the Job construction.<\/td><\/tr>
    Start<\/strong><\/td>Start date of the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Stage\/Construction<\/strong><\/td>Critical Path stage or construction phase of the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Completion<\/strong><\/td>Completion date of the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Status<\/strong><\/td>Status of the Job.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
