The Schedule Template report generates the structure of the schedule template with all tasks within them. The report can be generated for all types of reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Schedule Template<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>
    • Schedule Type<\/strong><\/td> Select the schedule type from the following variants:

       <\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

      • Construction<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Sales<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Pre-construction<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Maintenance <\/td> <\/tr>
        Template<\/strong><\/td> Select the schedule template which the report will be generated for.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

        4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The report is generated, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The report shows the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Report Information<\/span><\/div>
        Task<\/strong><\/td>Name of Critical Path stage.<\/td><\/tr>
        Sub-task<\/strong><\/td>Name of the sub-task within Critical Path stage.<\/td><\/tr>
        Start on Day N<\/strong><\/td>Day which the Critical Path stage starts on.<\/td><\/tr>
        End on Day N<\/strong><\/td>Day which the Critical Path stage ends on.<\/td><\/tr>
        #<\/strong><\/td>Ordinal number of the sub-task.<\/td><\/tr>
        Start Date<\/strong><\/td>Day (of the schedule) which the sub-tasks starts on.<\/td><\/tr>
        Duration<\/strong><\/td>Duration of the sub-task in days.<\/td><\/tr>
