The Job Construction Schedule report generates the list of tasks within a specific Construction Schedule in the basic or worksheet format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Job Construction Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:

    Schedule<\/strong><\/td> Select the schedule which the report is generated for.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Format<\/strong><\/td> Select the format for report generation.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

    4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>. The report in the basic format is generated, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Job<\/strong><\/td>Job number including the Office\u2019s number as prefix.<\/td><\/tr>
    Site<\/strong><\/td>Site where the construction work is performed.<\/td><\/tr>
    House<\/strong><\/td>House plan used for the Job construction.<\/td><\/tr>
    Floor Area<\/strong><\/td>Floor area of the House.<\/td><\/tr>
    Start<\/strong><\/td>Start date of the Job.<\/td><\/tr>
    Client<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Client who the Job attributes to.<\/td><\/tr>
    Address<\/strong><\/td>Address of the Client.<\/td><\/tr>
    Contact<\/strong><\/td>Contact email address of the Client.<\/td><\/tr>
    Phone<\/strong><\/td>Phone number of the Client.<\/td><\/tr>
    Fax<\/strong><\/td>Fax number of the Client.<\/td><\/tr>

    Task \/ Sub-task<\/strong><\/td>Description of the Critical Path stage or description of the sub-task.<\/td><\/tr>
    Start on Day N<\/strong><\/td>Day which the Critical Path stage starts on.<\/td><\/tr>
    End on Day N<\/strong><\/td>Day which the Critical Path stage ends on.<\/td><\/tr>
    Supplier \/ Resource<\/strong><\/td>Supplier or Resource that performs the sub-task.<\/td><\/tr>
    Order Date<\/strong><\/td>Date when the sub-task was ordered.<\/td><\/tr>
    Start<\/strong><\/td>Start date of the sub-task.<\/td><\/tr>
    Finish<\/strong><\/td>Finish date of the sub-task.<\/td><\/tr>
    Done<\/strong><\/td>Completion status of the Critical Path stage or of the sub-task.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
