The Supervisor’s Schedule report generates the list of scheduled tasks that relate to Jobs supervised by the Supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the library with reports.<\/li>
  2. Select Supervisor’s Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Define criteria for generating the report, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Criteria<\/span><\/div>

    <\/p>
    Supervisor<\/strong><\/td> Select \u2018All\u2019 to generate the report for all Supervisor or \u2018Selected\u2019 to generate a report for a specific Supervisor.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Order by<\/strong><\/td> Select the way to order tasks in the report, as follows:

    Cost Center<\/span><\/div>

    Start date between \u2026 from \u2026 to<\/strong><\/td> Select the date range which the task start date shall fall within.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Include Unsent Orders<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to include tasks from Jobs with unsent orders.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Show Critical Path Description<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to show description for Critical Path stages in the generated report.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Show Cost Centers with $0 Cost<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to show Cost Centers with zero cost.<\/td> <\/tr>
    New page for Start Date<\/strong><\/td> Check the box to show tasks with a different Start Date on a new page.<\/td> <\/tr>
    Tasks<\/strong><\/td> Select all or specific Tasks (Cost Centers) which you want to generate the report on.<\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table>

    4. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Start Date<\/strong><\/td>Start date of the Task (Cost Center) according to the Construction Schedule.<\/td><\/tr>
    Critical Path \/ Task<\/strong><\/td>Name of the Critical Path stage or name of the Task (Cost Center).<\/td><\/tr>
    Job<\/strong><\/td>Job which the Task relates to.<\/td><\/tr>
    Client \/ Site \/ Memo \/ Suppliers<\/strong><\/td>\n

    • Name of the Client.<\/li>\n
    • Address of the Site.<\/li>\n
    • Memo left for the Job.<\/li>\n
    • Supplier for the Task fulfilment (Cost Center).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
