You can initiate generation of a set of End-of-Month reports and email them to the Corporate Office or print on the selected printer. The Cloud Printer should be configured in the system prior to this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. On the navigational sidebar, select Manager<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. In the expanded Manager section, select EoM Reports<\/strong>. The EoM Reports page opens, as follows:\"\"<\/li>
  3. Define the report filters, as follows:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Report Filters<\/span><\/div>
    • For the Month of<\/strong><\/td> Select the month which you want to generate the report for.

      \u00a0<\/p>

      If the month does not contain sufficient data, the system will prompt you to produce the Sales Management report.<\/p>

      Once you have selected the month, the system will load the aggregated monthly data for this period. You can further correct them if needed.<\/p> <\/td> <\/tr>

      Reports to be<\/strong><\/td> Select the way to deliver reports from the following options:

      \u00a0<\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

      • Printed on selected Printer<\/strong> – select this option to print all the reports on the Cloud printer. The system will prompt you to select the Cloud printer from the registered ones.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
      • Emailed to Corporate Office<\/strong> – select this option to email the generated reports to the Corporate Office. <\/td> <\/tr>
        I have<\/strong><\/td> Check the items in the checklist, as follows:

        \u00a0<\/p> <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li><\/ul>

        • Checked Last Month\u2019s Overheads<\/strong> – check the box once you have verified the Overheads for the last month.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
        • Done my Finalized Jobs<\/strong> – check the box once you have completed all the finalized Jobs.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
        • Checked the Sales Management Report<\/strong> – check the box once you have reviewed the Sales Management Report. The link to the report is shown next to the label text.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
        • Counted Traffic<\/strong> – check the box and update the number of counted traffic.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
        • Advised Staff Figures<\/strong> – check the box and specify figures for the number of staff and paid hours. <\/td> <\/tr>
          Memo<\/strong><\/td> Enter the memo to show in generated reports.<\/td> <\/tr>
          Reports<\/strong><\/td> Select the reports you want to produce:

          • Monthly Deposits<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
          • Monthly Contracts<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
          • Job Profit Report – Finalized Jobs<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
          • Job-Related Aged Receivables (Summary)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
          • Profit on Finalized Jobs (YTD)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
          • Sales Profit Forecast (YTD)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
          • Franchise Monthly Report<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
          • Work in Progress (Adjusted)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
          • Profit and Loss<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
          • Balance Sheet<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li>
          • Executive Summary <\/td> <\/tr> <\/tbody> <\/table> <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
