iCalendar<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The system sends reminders about events in the iCalendar format (*.ics). You can quickly add these events to your calendar not to miss them during your work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system sends emails with events for the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty Task<\/strong><\/td>The system generates an event about the warranty task and sends it to the Supplier and Job Supervisor.\n

 <\/p>\n

The calendar event includes the following information:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • start date<\/li>\n
  • end date<\/li>\n
  • task summary<\/li>\n
  • task description (including the site which the task relates to)<\/li>\n
  • organizer (Office)<\/li>\n
  • attendee (Contact)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The system sends an email in the following situations:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • a new event created<\/li>\n
    • the existing event updated<\/li>\n
    • the existing event deleted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr>
Follow Up Date<\/strong><\/td>The system generates an event for Salespersons when they set a follow-up date for the Sales Folder of a specific Lead. This way they will not miss the date to follow up on the Customer.\n

The calendar event includes the following information:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • start date<\/li>\n
  • end date<\/li>\n
  • task summary<\/li>\n
  • task description (including the site which the task relates to)<\/li>\n
  • organizer (Office)<\/li>\n
  • attendee (Contact)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The system sends an email in the following situations:<\/p>\n

    • a new event created<\/li>\n
    • the existing event updated<\/li>\n
    • the existing event deleted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr>
Tasks from Schedules<\/strong><\/td>The system generates an event and sends it to the user who was selected as a User Resource for a task in the following schedules:\n

  • Construction Schedule<\/li>\n
  • Sales Schedule<\/li>\n
  • Pre-Construction Schedule<\/li>\n
  • Warranty Schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The calendar event includes the following information:<\/p>\n

    • start date<\/li>\n
    • end date<\/li>\n
    • task summary<\/li>\n
    • task description (including the site which the task relates to)<\/li>\n
    • organizer (Office)<\/li>\n
    • attendee (Contact)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The system sends an email in the following situations:<\/p>\n

      • a new event created<\/li>\n
      • the existing event updated<\/li>\n
      • the existing event deleted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr>
ToDo’s from Schedule Tasks<\/strong><\/td>The system generates an event and sends it to the user who a ToDo task was created in the Schedule.\n

The calendar event includes the following information:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • start date (calculated according to the time criteria specified in the ToDo task)<\/li>\n
  • end date (current system date and one day ahead)<\/li>\n
  • task summary<\/li>\n
  • task description (memo for a ToDo task)<\/li>\n
  • organizer (Office)<\/li>\n
  • attendee (Contact)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The system sends an email with the calendar event when a new ToDo task is created.<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    The event about the follow-up date looks as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To add an event to your calendar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click Yes<\/strong>.<\/li>
    2. The event will be added to your calendar.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To add an event to another application:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. To download the calendar event files, click Download<\/strong>.<\/li>
      2. Double-click the downloaded file. The system will prompt you to add this event to the calendar management application on your computer.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        To view events in the calendar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Log in to your GMail account.<\/li>
        2. Click the Google apps<\/strong> \"\" button (in the top right part of the screen).<\/li>
        3. Select Calendar<\/strong>. The calendar with events opens, as follows:\"\"<\/li>
