The Authority to Proceed letter can be sent manually through the system if you choose not to use the automatically generated functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the Lead.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open the Sales Folder which you want to send the Authority to Proceed Letter for.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. To the left side of the Complete Sale button, locate the <\/span>Letter <\/b> icon and click it.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    4. Select <\/span>Authority to proceed<\/strong><\/b>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. In the <\/span>Link to Print Authority to Proceed <\/b>form, click the link to print the Authority to Proceed letter. The PDF file opens.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
