For each Sales Folder you can add several Sites. Add Map Number and Grid Number (for example, Map 54, G7).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Suburb<\/b><\/td>\n<td>Enter the site subdivision (if applicable).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Postcode<\/b><\/td>\n<td>Enter the Zip code of the site.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>State<\/b><\/td>\n<td>Enter the state of the site.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>A.P.N.<\/b><\/td>\n<td>Enter the Assessor&#8217;s Parcel Number.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Inspected on<\/b><\/td>\n<td>Check the box if the site inspection was completed. Pick the date when the site inspection was complete.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the drop-down lists to specify the actual state of inspected parameters of the Site. For example, you may need to enter information about waste distance, power distance, and so on. The set of parameters is defined in the Job Specification Template with the <a href=\"\/au\/setup\/job-admin\/setup-jobadmin-job-specs\/setup-jobadmin-creating-editing-job-specs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Set as default for Site Inspection flag<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When complete, click <\/span><b>Process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Note<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can save the incomplete site inspection and return to it then.<\/span><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Editing the Site<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the list with Sites, locate the one you want to edit.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the Site, until the action icons appear, click the <\/span><b>Edit&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-188 alignnone\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/edit-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\"><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;icon.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make the appropriate modifications in the Site.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When complete, click <\/span><b>Process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deleting the Site<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the list with Sites, locate the one you want to delete.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hover over the Site, until the action icons appear, click the <\/span><b>Delete&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-206 alignnone\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/delete-icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"12\" height=\"16\"><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;icon.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirm the permanent removal of the Site.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Note<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You cannot delete the Site which is already used in the Printed Quote.<\/span><\/pre>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can manage Sites for the Sales Folder.
