You can manage quotations in the system. The number of quotations per one Sales Folder is not limited. The system generates a Quotation Number based on the continuous numbering of quotations generated in the system for a specific office. You cannot edit the Quotation Number which was automatically allocated by the system.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can update the continuous numbering of quotations through the Next RFQ quote number option in the Sales variables<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To view the Quotations produced in this Sales Folder:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Initiate the RFQ Management for the Lead.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Switch to the Quotations tab.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    On the Quotations tab, you can see the list of quotations, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

    For each quotation, the following information is available:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Date created<\/b><\/td>Date when the quotation was created.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
    Quote Number<\/b><\/td>Identification number generated when the quote is printed.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
    Quote name<\/b><\/td>Name of the quote.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
    Price book<\/b><\/td>Price book which was used for creating the quotation.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
    Base<\/b><\/td>Base which was used for creating a Quotation, as follows:<\/span>\n

    Site name<\/b><\/td>Name of the site which the quotation is created for.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
    Approved<\/b><\/td>Approval status of the quotation.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
    Price, $<\/b><\/td>The price in the quotation.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
