You can manage structure of the RFQ document. This RFQ structure will be propagated to all the Offices connected to the current Master zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To manage RFQ structure, on the navigational sidebar, select Setup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the section expands, select RFQ Structure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RFQ Structure page opens, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you can see the list of headings that will be shown in the RFQ document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can perform the following operations on headings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • add new headings<\/li>
  • edit the existing headings<\/li>
  • delete the no longer needed headings<\/li>
  • re-order headings in the RFQ document<\/li>
  • enter optional heading notes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Adding a New Heading<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Above the list with headings, click the Add<\/strong> \"\" icon.\"\"<\/li>
    2. In the Headings Line<\/strong> form, enter the heading description.<\/li>
    3. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>.<\/li>
    4. Click Process<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Editing the Heading<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      1. On the list with headings, locate the one you want to edit.<\/li>
      2. Hover over the heading until the action icons appear.<\/li>
      3. Click the Edit<\/strong> \"\" icon.<\/li>
      4. In the Headings Line<\/strong> form, update description of the heading.<\/li>
      5. When complete, click Apply<\/strong>.<\/li>
      6. Click Process<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Deleting the Heading<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        1. On the list with headings, locate the one you want to delete.<\/li>
        2. Hover over the heading until the action icons appear.<\/li>
        3. Click the Delete<\/strong> \"\" icon.<\/li>
        4. Confirm the removal of the heading.<\/li>
        5. Click Process<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Re-ordering Headings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          1. On the list with headings, locate the one which position you want to change.<\/li>
          2. Hover over the  element of this heading, until the mouse pointer changes, as follows:\"\"<\/li>
          3. Drag the heading to the appropriate position on the list.<\/li>
          4. Click Process<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Entering Optional Heading Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            1. On the list with headings, locate the one which you want to enter optional notes for.<\/li>
            2. Select this heading.\"\"<\/li>
            3. Enter the optional heading notes into the text area.<\/li>
