You can delete a bulk of House Plans that were not used in the last number of days<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To perform bulk operations, on the navigational sidebar, select <\/span>Estimating<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  2. When the Estimating section expands, select <\/span>Bulk Delete House Plans<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Bulk Delete House Plans page opens, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To delete a bulk of House Plans:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the <\/span>Selected House Plans not used in the last<\/b> box, enter the number of days to look up for House Plans that were not used within this period.<\/span><\/li>
    2. To include only House Plans that are Quick Quotes, select <\/span>Only Quick Quotes<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
    3. To include all House Plans, select <\/span>All House Plans<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Click Show House Plans<\/b>.\"\"<\/li>
    5. Click <\/span>Delete Selected<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
    6. Confirm the deletion of House Plans.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To change the Filter criteria:<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click <\/span>Change Filters<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
