                                                                                  Unused Headings will not display on the Quotation document, therefore, it is unnecessary to select Hide for unused Headings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                                                                  The Show Qty, Show UoM and Show Price checkboxes will be disabled when the Hide checkbox is selected for the associated Heading or the individual Item or Component.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                                                                                                                  Depending on the option selected in RFQ Clone Using Withdrawn Price Book Basis<\/strong>, located in Setup > System Variables > Sales<\/strong>, a warning message may be displayed, which can be managed by the User, or an error message may be displayed, preventing the User from cloning a quotation or quote changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                                                                                                                      5. Select an active Quotation<\/strong>, one that has not been Printed or Emailed, in the instance of the Lead changing to a different level of Inclusions, where the User can clone the quote changes from another Lead\u2019s quotation.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                                                                                                                        – OR –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                                                                                                                        1. Click Create<\/strong> icon to create a new Quotation, in the instance of the Lead changing to a different House Plan, where the User can clone the quote changes from an existing quotation.<\/li>
                                                                                                                                        2. Click Clone<\/strong> icon, located on the right-hand side above Quote Changes list, to open the Clone Quote screen.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                                                                                                                          1. Select Customer<\/strong>, default is current Lead, though another Lead\u2019s Quote Changes can be cloned into the current Quotation.<\/li>
                                                                                                                                          2. Select Sales Folder<\/strong>, most will only have one Sales Folder, though multiple Sales Folders can be created.<\/li>
                                                                                                                                          3. Select the required Quotation<\/strong> that contains the required Quote Changes to be cloned.<\/li>
                                                                                                                                          4. Click Clone<\/strong>.<\/li>
                                                                                                                                          5. Amend Quote Changes as required.<\/li>
                                                                                                                                          6. Click Process<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                                                                                                                            Any existing Quote Changes in the current Quotation, prior to cloning, will remain, so check carefully for any double-ups and\/or unwanted Quote Changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                                                                                                                            Create DPP Job<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                                                                                                                                            1. Choose Sales > Leads<\/strong>.<\/li>
                                                                                                                                            2. Search<\/strong> the required Lead.<\/li>
                                                                                                                                            3. Click icon or Press Return\/Enter<\/strong>.<\/li>
                                                                                                                                            4. Click;
                                                                                                                                              • On the Row<\/strong> of the required Lead to open,<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                                                                                                                                                1. Hover over the row of the required Lead and click the Edit<\/strong> icon to the right on the row of the required Lead to open.<\/li>

                                                                                                                                                    • Select the Row<\/strong> of the required House Plan.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                                                                                                                                                    • Type in Est. Contract Price,$<\/strong> the estimated contract price amount excluding GST.<\/li>
                                                                                                                                                    • Type in Job Memo<\/strong>, any details the User believes is relevant to the proposed sale, based on specific office format\/policy.<\/li>
                                                                                                                                                    • Click Process<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
