You can manage locations that were aggregated by the system while adding new contacts and entering their addresses. The system pulls this information and automatically creates a centralized dictionary of locations which it will further use for auto-suggestions while populating information about contacts.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To manage locations, on the navigational sidebar, select <\/span>Setup<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Once the Setup section expands, select <\/span>Contacts<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. On the tabbed menu, select <\/span>City, State, Zip<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Locations page opens, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Here you can see the list of already collected locations. For each location, the following information is available:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    City\/Suburb<\/b><\/td>City\/Suburb of the location.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
    State<\/b><\/td>State of the location.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
    Zip\/Postcode<\/b><\/td>Zip code\/Postcode of the location.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Editing the location<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. On the list with locations, locate the one you want to edit.<\/span><\/li>
    2. Hover over the location until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li>
    3. Click the <\/span>Edit \"\"<\/b> icon.<\/span><\/li>
    4. In the Edit location<\/b> form, update the location details.\"\"<\/li>
    5. When complete, click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Deleting the Location<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      1. On the list with locations, locate the one you want to delete.<\/span><\/li>
      2. Hover over the location until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Click the <\/span>Delete \"\"<\/b> icon.<\/span><\/li>
