  1. To configure Franchisee variables, on the navigational sidebar, select <\/span>Setup<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Once the Setup section expands, select <\/span>System Variables<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. On the tabbed menu, select <\/span>Franchisee<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Franchisee variables fall into three groups, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Company<\/span><\/li>
    2. Address<\/span><\/li>
    3. Contact<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The Company group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Email<\/b><\/td>Email address of the system.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Type of business<\/b><\/td>Enter the type of business which the office runs.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Formed<\/b><\/td>Pick the date when the office was formed on.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Legal Name<\/b><\/td>The legal name of the company.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Display Name<\/b><\/td>The name displayed in the interface of the system.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      System Name<\/b><\/td>Alias of the system.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Federal tax id<\/b><\/td>Federal tax ID of the system.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Trading As<\/b><\/td>Name of the company on the behalf of which the system operates.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      The Address group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Street 1<\/b><\/td>Primary address of the office.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Street 2<\/b><\/td>Subsidiary address of the office.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Suburb<\/b><\/td>City where the office locates.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      State<\/b><\/td>State where the office locates.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      State Code<\/b><\/td>Code of the state.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Postcode<\/b><\/td>Zip code of the location.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Builder\u2019s licn no<\/b><\/td>Check the <\/span>Applies<\/b> box. Enter the builder\u2019s license number in the activated text box. <\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Users from other offices can access<\/a><\/b><\/td>Adds checkbox to user management to allow users from other offices to access<\/span> this office.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      The Contact group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Office phone<\/b><\/td>Primary address of the office.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Fax<\/b><\/td>Subsidiary address of the office.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Mobile<\/b><\/td>City where the office locates.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      You can update the contact information in the corresponding fields. Once updated, click <\/span>Modify<\/b>. In the Authorization required form, enter the authorization number you receive from the Master Franchise and click <\/span>Apply<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      After entering the valid authorization number, you will be able to update these parameters.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      When complete, click <\/span>Process<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
