Software<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click <strong>Go To &gt; Reports<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Select Reports &gt; Contacts &gt; <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/au\/hc\/reports\/contacts-reports\/client-list-and-export\/\">Client Merge and Export<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Select the columns to display on the report.<\/li><li><strong>Untick<\/strong> <em>Marketing opt in only<\/em>.<\/li><li>Paste the following text into the <strong>Where <\/strong>field: <code>contact_type = 'Creditor\/Supplier'<\/code><\/li><li>Click <strong>Next <\/strong>and then <strong>Apply<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click the <strong>Export icon<\/strong> and select the desired filetype. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">You must have the Client Merge and Export report <a href=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/au\/hc\/setup\/setup-manager-office-roles-permissions\/\">Office Role permission<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes it&#8217;s necessary to export and download a list of subcontractors and suppliers.
