  1. To configure Manager variables, on the navigational sidebar, select <\/span>Setup<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Once the Setup section expands, select <\/span>System Variables<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. On the tabbed menu, select <\/span>Manager<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Manager variables fall into the two groups, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Cost Centers for WIP Reporting<\/span><\/li>
    2. Builder’s Insurance<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The Cost Centers for WIP Reporting group displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Commission Cost Center<\/b><\/td>Select the Cost Center related to commissions.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Interest Cost Center<\/b><\/td>Select the Cost Center related to the company interest.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Sales Profit Forecast (YTD) Default GP% to be<\/b>\n

      		Enter the percent which the system will use in reports before finalizing any jobs in a Financial Year. This way the system will automatically validate whether the sales profit forecast (YTD) is met.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      The Builder\u2019s Insurance group display the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Use this Facility<\/b><\/td>Check the box to use a specific facility for the Builder\u2019s insurance.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Exclude Change Orders<\/b><\/td>Check the box to exclude the change orders from the Builder\u2019s insurance.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Company<\/b><\/td>Select the Cost Center which relates to the Builder\u2019s insurance company.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Policy\/Cert No<\/b><\/td>Enter the insurance policy or certificate number.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Start Date<\/b><\/td>Enter the start date of the Builder\u2019s insurance policy or certificate.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
      Reporting Method<\/b><\/td>Select the reporting method from the following options:<\/span>\n

      • 12 Month Rolling Date <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td><\/tr>
      Annual Aggregate Amount (GST Exclusive), $<\/b><\/td>Enter the amount of GST paid as a proportion of the GST-exclusive amount.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
