You can manage Job stages in the system.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To manage the Job Stages, on the navigational sidebar, select <\/span>Setup<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Once the Setup section expands, select <\/span>Job Admin<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. On the tabbed menu, select Job Stages<\/b>. Once the page loads, you will see the list of job stages, as follows:\"\"<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You can perform the following operations on job stages:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • create new job stages<\/span><\/li>
    • edit the existing job stages<\/span><\/li>
    • mark the no longer needed job stages as deleted<\/span><\/li>
    • undelete the job stages<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Creating a New Job Stage<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      1. On the <\/span>Job Stages<\/b> tab, click the <\/span>Add \"\" <\/b>icon.<\/span>\"\"<\/li>
      2. In the <\/span>Create or Edit Job Stages<\/b> form, enter the name of a new job stage.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Editing the Job Stage<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        1. On the list with job stages, locate the one you want to edit.<\/span><\/li>
        2. Hover over the job stage until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li>
        3. Click the <\/span>Edit \"\"<\/b> icon.<\/span><\/li>
        4. In the opened form, update the name of the job stage.<\/span><\/li>
        5. When complete, click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Marking the Task as Deleted<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          1. On the list with job stages, locate the one you want to mark as deleted.<\/span><\/li>
          2. Hover over the job stage until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li>
          3. Click the <\/span>Mark as deleted<\/b> \"\" icon.<\/span><\/li>
          4. Confirm the operation.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Undeleting the Job Stage<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            By default, the system hides all the job stages marked as deleted. You need to enable display of tasks marked as deleted prior to undeleting the task.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Above the list with job stages, locate the <\/span>Show deleted<\/b> toggle.<\/span><\/li>
            2. Move the toggle right. Job stages marked as deleted will appear on the list. They will be highlighted with the red Deleted label.<\/span><\/li>
            3. On the list with job stages, locate the deleted job stage which you want to undelete.<\/span><\/li>
            4. Hover over the job stage until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li>
