You can manage the set of checkboxes within the Sales Checklist.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To manage the Sales Checklist task, on the navigational sidebar, select <\/span>Setup<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Once the Setup section expands, select <\/span>Sales<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. On the tabbed menu, select <\/span>Complete a Sale Checklist<\/b>. Once the page loads, you will see the list of sales checklist tasks as follows:<\/span>\"\"<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The sales checklist is comprised of tasks that should be completed, before finalizing the job.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can perform the following operations on sales checklist tasks:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • create new tasks<\/span><\/li>
    • edit the existing tasks<\/span><\/li>
    • delete the no longer needed tasks<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Creating a New Task<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      1. On the <\/span>Complete a Sale Checklist<\/b> tab, click the <\/span>Add \"\"<\/b> icon.<\/span>\"\"<\/li>
      2. In the <\/span>Create New or Edit Checklist Record<\/b> form, enter the name of a new task.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Editing the Task<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        1. On the list with sale checklist tasks, locate the one you want to edit.<\/span><\/li>
        2. Hover over the task until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li>
        3. Click the <\/span>Edit<\/b> \"\" icon.<\/span><\/li>
        4. In the opened form, update the name of the task.<\/span><\/li>
        5. When complete, click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Deleting the Task<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          1. On the list with sale checklist tasks, locate the one you want to delete.<\/span><\/li>
          2. Hover over the task until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li>
          3. Click the <\/span>Delete \"\"<\/b> icon.<\/span><\/li>
