You can manage the list of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers who should automatically receive a copy of the Job Progress Report.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To manage Sub-Contractors and Suppliers, on the navigational sidebar, select <\/span>Setup<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Once the Setup section expands, select <\/span>Schedules<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. On the tabbed menu, select <\/span>Sub-Contractors\/Suppliers<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The page for adding sub-contractors and suppliers opens, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By default, no sub-contractors and suppliers are shown until you select the Supervisor. Once you select the appropriate Supervisor, you will see the list of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers who he\/she deals with.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For each Sub-Contractor\/Supplier, the following information is displayed:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Name<\/b><\/td>Name of the Sub-Contractor\/Supplier (Cost Center) which the Job Progress Report is sent to.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
    Send By<\/b><\/td>Preferred way to send the Job Progress Report to the Sub-Contractor\/Supplier. You can select between Email and Mail.<\/span><\/td><\/tr>
    Supplier Address<\/b><\/td>Sub-Contractor\u2019s\/Supplier\u2019s address or email address which the email or letter with the Job Progress Report is sent to.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    You can add new Sub-Contractors\/Suppliers and delete the no longer needed Sub-Contractors\/Suppliers.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Adding Sub-Contractors\/Suppliers<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Select the Supervisor.<\/span><\/li>
    2. Click the Add \"\"<\/b> icon.\"\"<\/li>
    3. In the <\/span>Find Creditor\/Supplier<\/b> form, select the Sub-Contractors\/Suppliers who should receive the Job Progress Report. You can look for them by the contact name.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Click <\/span>Add Selected<\/b>. The selected Sub-Contractors\/Suppliers will appear on the list.<\/span><\/li>
    5. Select the preferred way to deliver the Job Progress Report to them, as follows:<\/span>\n
        \n
      • Email<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Mail<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>
      • When complete, click <\/span>Process<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Deleting Sub-Contractors\/Suppliers<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        You can delete Sub-Contractors and Suppliers who should no longer receive the Job Progress Report.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. On the list with Sub-Contractors\/Suppliers, locate the one you want to delete.<\/span><\/li>
        2. Hover over it until the action icons appear.<\/span><\/li>
        3. Click the <\/span>Delete \"\"<\/b> icon.<\/span><\/li>
        4. When complete, click Process<\/b>.<\/li><\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
