The system generates automatically a range of ToDo tasks according to the event triggers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The system looks up for users with the ToDo permissions and creates ToDo tasks for them upon occurrence of a specific event in the system.<\/span><\/p>\n

The following ToDo tasks can be created:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Xero Issue – Sales Invoice Created – [Office Name]<\/b><\/td>\nAn issue occurred in Xero. A user from a specific Office has added a Sales Invoice with the Job Number in Xero.
