You can manage settings of your own user profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In such a way, you can set up your signature for signing documents and change the account password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the top right part of the screen, locate the User profile block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To log in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

G.J. Gardner portal uses a Google account to log in to the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Click the Sign in via Google <\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The system opens a dialog window to enter your credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. When entered, click the Next <\/strong>button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The system redirects you to the G.J. Gardner home page. (link to portal)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

    1. On the toolbar, click your name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In the opened drop-down list, select Logout<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

      To change password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. On the toolbar, click your name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. In the opened drop-down list, select Change Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

        As G.J. Gardner portal uses Google account to log in to the system, the system will redirect you to your Google account page. Follow the standard procedure of changing Google password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To set up signature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. On the toolbar, click your name.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. In the opened drop-down list, select User Signature<\/b>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. In the User Signature<\/b> form, click the Browse file \"\"<\/b> icon. You can also drop the image with the signature onto the form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Click Save<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

          You can reset the current user signature by clicking the Delete icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          To set up profile photo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          1. On the toolbar, click your name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. In the opened drop-down list, select Picture Photo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Click on the Upload file<\/strong> icon. You can also drag and drop the image onto the form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            The image must be at least 200px by 200px and less than 5Mb in size. Only .JPEG, .JPG, or .PNG files are allowed.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
