To reverse the variation you must first void the invoice in Xero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/reverse-change-orders.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6980\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who\u2019s impacted&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All users with Edit access to variations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional details&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously reversals did not remove the variation claims from the system. This resulted in Xero showing the correct amount, but GJ5 would show a negative amount in variations yet to be claimed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, variations cannot be reversed through GJ5  if they have already been claimed and users will be displayed a warning when they attempt to reverse it. To reverse the variation you must first void the invoice in Xero. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This feature is enabled by default and there is no end user setting for this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Availability&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This feature will be available on 2 February 2021.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What\u2019s changing Change orders can no longer be reversed they have already been drawn.
