Software expire after 1 month from the day they are sent if they do not receive a signature from all parties. We\u2019re changing the cadence of the reminder notifications for unsigned documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>First email reminder is changing from 3 days to <strong>7 days<\/strong> after the document was sent<\/li><li>Second email reminder is changing from 1 week to <strong>2 weeks<\/strong> after being sent<\/li><li>Final email reminder is changing from 3 days to <strong>1 week<\/strong> before the expiration date&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Note<\/strong><br>These changes will not impact existing documents sent for electronic signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who\u2019s impacted<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All offices using <a href=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/au\/hc\/sales\/rfq-management\/electronic-documents-signing\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"276\">E-Doc Signing<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Franchises:<\/strong> There is no end-user setting for this change. All franchises utilize the same settings.
