Since then we\u2019ve had a lot of feedback on how these reports do not always accurately reflect the state of the business and some of your frustrations with producing them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reports default to be printed and not sent to corporate<\/li><li>New month-end confirmation checkboxes<\/li><li>More information about Jobs On Site and WH&amp;S on the Franchise Monthly report<\/li><li>Additional reports included in the final report<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who\u2019s impacted&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This impacts all Franchisees and users with the office role permissions to view the <strong>Manager <\/strong>tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why it matters<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EoM reports provide a snapshot of how your business is performing and provide a base for future planning. It\u2019s important that these reports are accurate so you can identify trends in the overall health of your franchise so that proactive measures can be taken before they become problems.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional details&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following section provides a detailed overview of the changes in this release from our <a href=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/au\/release-notes\/\">release notes.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EoM reports are no longer emailed to corporate by default<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Now when you produce your reports they will be compiled into a PDF to be printed. Previously the default <em>Reports to Be<\/em> value was <em>Emailed to Corporate<\/em>, which often resulted in reports being mistakenly emailed to the corporate team. This is because if you have not done these things, your reports are most likely inaccurate. The new checkboxes include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;I Have\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Entered Last Month\u2019s Job Expenses<\/li><li>Locked dates for the month in Xero<\/li><li>Entered all Contract Dates<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>New quick reference fields<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We also added non-editable fields to the right of the confirmation checkboxes for finalized jobs, Not Proceeding DPP\u2019s contract dates, and two new fields below the sales management report confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"342\" height=\"277\" src=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8502\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-4.png 342w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-4-300x243.png 300w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-4-50x40.png 50w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-4-15x12.png 15w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-4-60x49.png 60w, https:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-4-100x81.png 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 342px) 100vw, 342px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The idea behind this is to help you quickly identify if you have forgotten to finalize any jobs, add a contract date, enter any leads, or record any deposits to trigger a sale date before producing EoM reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Workplace Health &amp; Safety (WH&amp;S)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We also added a new \u201cWorkplace Safety\u201d that asks there have been any WH&amp;S incidents during the reporting period. In an upcoming release, we will also include the Builder\u2019s Insurance Report, Sales Management Report, and WIP Profit Adjustment to the bundle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Getting started<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Franchisees:<\/strong> There is no end-user setting for this feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Masters\/Corporate:<\/strong> EoM Reports are only sent to the email addresses entered into <strong>Setup &gt; Email Recipients &gt; EoM Reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Availability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The described changes were introduced in the<a href=\"http:\/\/help.gjgardner.com\/au\/release-notes\/\"> March 2022 release<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Roadmap<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These changes we listed as an upcoming software release. In an upcoming release, we will be adding WIP completion requirements and including additional reports into the EoM Reporting bundle.
