Fields from G.J. Software will be synced to Google Directory, including their office location, primary and office phone, job title, and profile image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By syncing these fields between G.J. Software and Google Directory, user information will be kept up-to-date and accurate across both platforms, saving time and effort in manually updating information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following fields will be synced from G.J. Software to Google:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. User profile image<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Phone 1 from contact details will be synced as \u201cmobile phone\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Office phone from office details will be synced as \u201cwork phone\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Address from office details will be synced as \u201cwork address\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Job position from user details will be synced as \u201cjob title\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Franchise Owner\u2019s information will be synced as \u201cmanager\u2019s email\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Getting started<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    There is no end-user setting for this feature. Access the directory by visiting https:\/\/contacts.google.com\/directory<\/a> or by following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the Google apps<\/strong> icon from any Google application (Gmail, Drive, etc). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Find Google Contacts in the list. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Select Google Directory from the menu on the left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Additional employee information will be displayed in the Directory starting April 4  (US<\/strong>) \/ April 5 (AU\/NZ<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
